Annual Mandatory Training
There will no longer be scheduled classes. The annual mandatory training will be conducted by your monitors on an individual basis in your day care home or center during a review. The annual training will be based on the new recommended TDA menu modifications.

Listed below are the free in-home instruction modules we currently have available. They can be used towards your 20 credit hours of continuing education required for your DPRC registration or license.
The training modules requires Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can get from this web site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. You can then print it out on your printer.
The test requires Microsoft Word or a similar word processing program that will open a .DOC file. You can print the test out, complete it and mail it to us or fill in the answers in your word processing program and email it to us. We encourage you to save the test (and your answers) to your hard drive (just in case!).

SIDS Manadatory Licensing Requirement
In order to meet the one-hour annual training requirement/or pre-service requirement for child caregivers who provide care for children younger than 24 months, complete this test and have it available for review by licensing upon inspection. Please note that this is not one of Child Food Program Of Texas' training modules and will not give you additonal clock hours. We are providing this on our website for your convenience.
